Les Cafés d'Ô.P.P is an artisanal roasting located in the heart of the Angevin vineyard.
The specialty coffees are roasted in our workshop following an adapted cooking process in order to preserve all the quality of the bean.
Green coffees are bought directly by teams, in the field, it's sourcing.
Their choices: men before coffee because quality only makes sense to them if it is linked to a history, values and practices that we share. This is why our coffees all have a story, which we defend every day!
