The Cafés d'Ô.P.P is an artisanal roastery located in the heart of the Angevin vineyards.
Specialty coffees are roasted in our workshop following a suitable cooking process in order to preserve all the quality of the bean.
Green coffees are purchased directly by teams in the field, this is called sourcing.
Their choices: people before coffee because quality only has meaning for them if it is linked to a history, values and practices that we share. This is why our coffees all have a story, which we defend every day!
