El Triunfo coffee from Mexico (Chiapas) has intense cocoa aromas, powerful and long in the mouth, from a small high-altitude terroir. Description Our coffee comes from the El Triunfo Verde cooperative made up of 500 small producers spread across several communities in the southwest of Mexico, in the Sierra Madre of the state of Chiapas. Located in the heart of one of the largest natural reserves in the country, Mexico's coffee plantations benefit from the cool climate and the shade of the large trees. The El Triunfo cooperative also works for the social and economic well-being of its members by developing different solidarity programs.
