The recipes are handcrafted with a rigorous choice of products.
Then, over the years, other products have been added to the range.
A bit of history… The Cols Rouges are first and foremost a reference to the mountain pass and the red color of Savoie. The Cols Rouges also designated the Savoyard commissionaires who officiated at the Drouot auction house from 1834, they were recognizable by their black jacket with red collar. They were responsible for handling and transporting goods to the Hôtel Drouot. Their functions ended in 2010.
