CRUSHED BLACK OLIVE FIG

Our concassé combines the intensity of black olives with the sweetness of figs creating a bold fusion of flavors. 
Picked up 4 kilometers from our workshop, in the fig capital of the world: Solliès-Pont! 
This delicious aperitif tapas is a celebration of the Mediterranean, an invitation to discover a symphony of unique tastes in every bite.
 ingredients : black olives (50%), pickled figs (40%), CE olive oil, Provençal herbs, garlic, pepper.
