With her partner, Sandrine Maquet, jam chef, and her family, they have been making us drool since 2017. It only took him a few years to build a solid reputation.
The Fabrique Jams all respect the same rule regarding their composition; that is to say seasonal fruits, a little sugar and lemon juice. And yes, only a little sugar, 67% fruit, no gelling agent or preservative!
The entire manufacturing process is artisanal: from preparing the fruit to cooking in a cauldron to potting. The jams are all prepared and cooked in the workshop, by Sandrine and her family.
If the Jams of the Fabrique are recognized for their subtle and original recipes, Sandrine nevertheless neglects the essential range of single-fruit products including the classics: strawberry, raspberry, rhubarb and apricot. Consuming locally is therefore within everyone’s reach!
