Yuzu Strawberry Jam

Our Strawberry Yuzu Jam takes you on a sweet Japanese journey! And more precisely, in the oldest producing village of Yuzu! Adored by chefs, Yuzu from East Asia is a concentrate of flavors between lemon, lime and tangerine, a nice blend of citrus fruits, with a unique taste. The one we use comes directly from a Japanese producer we know intimately. The farm is located in a very sparsely populated area, far from the highways, at the bottom of the Shikoku massif, more precisely in the village of Kitô. Our Strawberry Yuzu Jam is pleasant in the mouth, both sweet and refreshing.
