Open since 1958 and initially specializing in Charente charcuterie recipes, the cannery is now located in the commune of Le Grand-Village-Plage on the island of Oléron. Julien and Damien took over and relaunched this company 2 years ago in order to perpetuate the know-how and quality of the products of Maison Dupuy but also to innovate to offer fish verrines or vegetable verrines to satisfy the whole family.
