Between artisanal tradition and avant-garde spirit, Jean-Baptiste, Yohan & Romain have set themselves the challenge of making the pâté glamorous. Thanks to a traditional manufacturing method and high quality raw materials, their pâtés recall the gourmet memory of the pâté of yesteryear, homemade.
This resolutely modern approach is also intended to be very committed. Anxious to defend a local economic fabric, 90% of the partners are located in a single sector, LES LANDES, from the pig producer to the logistician (adapted company with 80% of employees with disabilities).
