Constance and Guillaume are the co-founders of the Tales of Léon & Augustine.
As soon as Constance could hold a pen, she started making up stories. She draws her inspiration from her own childhood and her daily life on the Opal Coast with her family.
Very committed to her role as a mother, she places an essential role in transmission, the creation of benchmarks and the awakening of emotions in the child.
Having grown up without living with her own mother, she now understands how precious this bond is for growing up surrounded, loved and confident. It is this sensitivity, forged by his personal history, which guides his writing.
Today, Constance manages the creation and distribution of her own books, combining entrepreneurship and artistic passion.
His style finds an echo in the soft and poetic illustration of Guillaume, his collaborator. Together, they form a duo where text and images blend perfectly.
Guillaume, passionate about drawing since his youngest age, inherited this love for art from his grandfather.
As a child, Guillaume wandered among the paintings of his grandfather, with whom he spent his holidays. He tries to imitate him, he learns to draw.
Much later, Guillaume met Constance who presented her writings to him. The planets are aligning.
The connection between the two artists is immediate. With patience and meticulousness, Guillaume illustrates Constance's words in watercolor, a work entirely done by hand.
From this artistic union was born Petit Phoque!
