Les Délices de Malatrait is a small artisanal business located a few kilometers from Lyon.
Created in 2021, the main objective is to offer products that promote the work of local farmers.
No intermediary between farmers and Les Délices de Malatrait, which ensures they receive fair remuneration for their work.
Artisanal manufacturing makes it possible to obtain pasta which retains the maximum nutritional values of cereals. Slow drying (between 12h and 18h) at low temperature (never above 45°). Quick cooking (3 to 7 minutes) will make everyone happy.
Available in bulk and in sachets.
