The love for French food, exquisite ingredients and new taste experiences - that's what makes our delicacies something very special. Because we don't just process a product. We produce Paté with passion!
In doing so, we follow a long tradition: We are the third generation to pursue the butcher's trade, refine traditional family recipes and develop our very own paté creations. And with success! For 20 years, Ulrike Roth ran her own butcher's shop in Homburg an der Saar - and has received several awards from the international gourmet magazine DER FEINSCHMECKER.
With LES DÉLISOEURS we are developing a step further and following our passion for fine liver pâté. For the production of the current range, consisting of 14 finest pâté creations, we only use selected raw materials that are processed by hand with the utmost care.
