Crème nicoise, 130 g

Although it is popularly said that self-praise stinks, we have to admit that we have achieved a real feat with our crème nicoise. The idea for this came up during a trip to Nice, where we enjoyed delicious tuna baguettes accompanied by a well-chilled rosé at a beach bar. Inspired by this wonderful experience, we came up with the idea of creating a fruity and spicy crème - only in our heads at first, but then finally realized at home. And voilà, here it is: our crème nicoise with its great aroma of sun-ripened tomatoes, fruity peppers and tuna. Simply irresistible! Get a piece of that nice feeling at home and enjoy the crème just the way you like it. Whether as a spread or with a little cream as a pasta sauce - there are many possible uses and the risk of addiction is high!
