The sky couldn’t be bluer than here, and Provence couldn’t be more beautiful either… We are in St. Rémy de Provence and stroll through the weekly market there. Clouds of scent from lavender, herbs and garlic beguile our senses, ripe vegetables in bright colors smile at us. What a feast! This is how our baskets end up: Crunchy courgettes, shiny violet aubergines, peppers, herbs and pink garlic bulbs. At Jean-Michel's we enjoy a delicious aperitif: Vin d'orange and rave about our purchases. But not for long, because very quickly we are in the kitchen and conjuring up our "Crème provencale", which is just bursting with aromas.
