It is a sweet and flowery honey, produced in the heart of the floral heritage of Ile de France, including both Gâtinais and Yvelines. It is a classic honey but very rich. Its fragrance is an invitation to the countryside! Our beekeeper, Antoine HEDOUIN, has been recognized by his peers for many years for the unique taste of his honeys. Our honeys are cold brewed in order to preserve all their natural characteristics and nutritional values.
