SPRING HONEY – Jar 500G

Harvested at the end of May-beginning of June, it is light and fragrant. From rapeseed and various other flowers that bloom at the same time, such as apple, cherry, dandelion or clover. Always clear and soft, it is easy to spread, sweetens herbal teas wonderfully or is still very easy to use in cooking and baking. Our beekeeper, Antoine HEDOUIN, has been recognized by his peers for many years for the unique taste of his honeys. Our honeys are cold brewed in order to preserve all their natural characteristics and nutritional values.
