Our THAI CURRY mix replaces classic curry. 

With its subtly aniseed and floral touch of lemongrass, this mixture is very tasty and fragrant, easy to incorporate into vegetable dishes, broths or sprinkle to enhance fish and seafood dishes. Our Thai Curry spice blend does not contain chili pepper, its intensity is due to ginger and galangal, therefore spicy and tangy, with notes of hot spices, aromatic herbs and lemony, aniseed and floral flavors thanks to lemongrass. Thai Curry spice blend is primarily used to prepare Thai curry dishes, which are often served with rice or noodles and may contain chicken, beef, pork, seafood or vegetables. 

It can also be used to season other Thai dishes such as stir-fries, soups and marinades.
