Our Dabeli Masala spice blend is based on the recipe originating from the Indian state of Gujarat, used to prepare a popular snack called Dabeli. 

Dabeli is a soft and fluffy bread, filled with a mixture of spiced potatoes, nuts, tamarind seeds, coriander and other ingredients, all sprinkled with Dabeli Masala.   Dabeli Masala Spice Blend adds a spicy, warm and slightly sweet flavor to Dabeli, making it a delicious and popular snack across the country.   The spices are blended to create a complex, slightly sweet flavor that adds depth and richness to the dish. 

The Dabeli Masala spice blend is used to season the spicy potato mixture, which is then stuffed into the burger style bun to create the Dabeli.
