Our CURRY spice mix is a ready-to-use seasoning for your minced meat dishes such as sausages, keftas or dumplings. With a combination of hot, sweet, salty and bitter spices. It is often used to add depth and complexity to dishes, as well as a touch of exoticism and culinary adventure. To use it, just add 40 gr of mixture for 1 kg of meat, flesh or stuffing. Then dilute the mixture in white wine or water, before incorporating it into the meat, and mix carefully. You can also use this spice blend as a marinade by adding a little olive oil and lemon juice to marinate your meat before cooking. This mixture is ready to use and is already dosed in salt.
