HULD WINE Mix - eco

Our VIN HOULD spice blend is a combination of aromatics and spices that adds a warm and festive flavor to mulled wines or macerations.   To prepare a delicious mulled wine, you can use this spice blend by adding one or two tablespoons to your preparation. 

You can boil the spices with red wine, fruit juice, sugar and other ingredients depending on the recipe you follow. 

The spices will infuse into the hot liquid, giving it a rich, fragrant flavor. 

You can add slices of lemon or orange to add more flavors.   This spice blend can also be used to make pears or poached fruits. 

You can add the spices to the water or syrup in which you poach the fruit.
