The SAUCISSONS Preparation mixture is a ready-to-use mixture for making chorizos. This mixture contains all the flavors, aromas and additives allowing the production and preservation of the sausage. Saucisson is a traditional charcuterie from many European countries (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, etc.), made from minced pork or minced beef, and seasoned with spices, salt and pepper. The meat is then put in natural or artificial casings and cured for several weeks or months. The sausage is often served as an appetizer, thinly sliced, accompanied by bread and cheese and olives, or used in recipes such as quiches, omelettes or pizzas.
