WHITE SESAME seeds -

White sesame is used in the manufacture of specialty breads, biscuits, marinades and sauces. 

White sesame seeds bring a delicious nutty flavor and crunch to your homemade breads, biscuits, salads, poultry and fish.

It is found in particular in Japanese gomasio or Middle Eastern zaatar.
