Spice blend - Cho Cho!

For the record: Cho Cho! is a love story between a young man and chorizo, hence the nickname Cho Cho! To avoid the "fatty" side of this delicious charcuterie, we created a blend of spices that recalls the flavors of chorizo. Since then, the young man has been unfaithful and is passionate about this new spice blend, called Cho Cho! Composed of sweet paprika, smoked paprika, thyme, chili pepper, garlic. You can combine this mixture with all meats: pork, rabbit, turkey, chicken, beef, veal.... The osso bucco is delighted. But what's even tastier is to pair it with pan-fried scallops or even a fillet of wild salmon or just-seared scallops.
