Spice blend - Breath of freshness

"  Wind of freshness" is a complex blend due to its composition, but excellent. Composed of sumac, coriander, lemon peel, mint and salt. We wanted to create a mixture that gives pep and which reveals the squash in particular. It succeeded ! You can therefore use “Wind of freshness” in all your squash-based recipes: pumpkins, butternut, squash, squash, etc. It's a pure delight. But, it will also awaken the flavors of a gazpacho of green asparagus and watercress, in spring and all legumes.
