Epicurean and attached to the good things on the table, in 2017, I decided to change path and work in agriculture.

I wanted to work with a noble product, which would make the guests salivate (and not just them!) and which was a typically French product.

After thinking, the snail pointed the tips of its antennae. This delicacy made me salivate (me too!) and the adventure began.

I settled on a plot of greenery in the heart of the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, within an existing equestrian farm with a first herd in spring 2018.

I then began to raise my beloved gastropods and cook them to market them to a clientele of local gourmets.

Along the way, several restaurants entered the rounds, and from local markets we climbed the steps of French gastronomic salons.

My little snails allowed me to obtain the title of European Champion “Best Festive Products” in the hot starters category in October 2021.

Liking challenges, I took on the challenge of taking my business to the biggest trade show. This was done in March 2023 with our participation in the Paris International Agricultural Show.

Since then, we have not rested on our laurels or our sprigs of parsley since we won a Gold Medal at the Salon Gastronomic des Tablées du Rheu in mid-March 2023.

Our snails have it under their shells and I hope you will accompany us as we continue our great adventure.
