Since 2014, I have been a jam maker in the Mercantour park above Barcelonnette 04.
I work to find fruit in the shortest possible circuit around my Paradise.
I am lucky to be at the meeting point of several departments of the Paca region, to supply myself with citrus fruits from 06 and 83, strawberries from Carpentras and pears and apples from the Alpes de Haute Provence.
