Les Gaudélices is a family business and artisanal located in the Ain. We make biscuits made from Gaudes flour (roasted corn flour, Bresse specialty), which brings a darker color to the biscuits and this slightly caramelized taste. We have a sweet but also savory range for the aperitif. Finally, we offer a range of more traditional butter shortbread. All of our cookies are packaged in zippable bags.
