I am a professional in the culinary field, I exercised as a caterer organizer of reception.
My knowledge is also the result of a transmission, my parents were delicatessen caterers.
I designed the eco-responsible pouches to oeko-tex standards printed in Normandy.
On each Pochon there is a recipe and a QR code which gives access to the video recipe.
Inside all the dry ingredients, all you have to do is add the fresh ingredients.
The Pouches are reusable in bulk stores, all you have to do is serve everything is indicated on the bag.
Currently I have 7 small Pochons with Normandy recipes.
