A landscape to dance, an accordion to unfold, a decor to install, ideas to find... Then start again the following day, perhaps doing the movements quite differently! This work, in the form of an 8-panel leaflet, invites children to dance around two sentences - on the front and back of this leporello book - offering words like sun, waves, bridge, rain, cheeks, sleep. Each word corresponds to a posture, which is described and illustrated on the jacket of the book. Marie Poirier is an author-illustrator but also works with the body through contemporary dance, which she practices and teaches.
