Behind Les Jamelles, there are since 1995 Catherine and Laurent Delaunay, two young oenologists of Burgundian origin whose family has been producing wines for four generations. After working in California, they were both won over by the incredible quality potential of Languedoc-Roussillon.
Catherine Delaunay, one of the few women to practice this profession, is the “winemaker” of Les Jamelles. A true conductor, passionate about the art of tasting, it is she who signs and guarantees the quality of Jamelles thanks to her art of blending.
The Les Jamelles range is a unique collection of Languedoc varietal wines, an opportunity to discover the diversity and richness of this region.
Aged in the cellars in Monze near Carcassonne, the wines are systematically aged in oak barrels, for 10 to 15% of the final blend.
