The “Les Jardins d’Aestiv” farm cultivates cereals, oilseeds and protein crops using organic farming methods.
It transforms part of its cereals, respecting their nutritional and organoleptic qualities, into flour on a granite millstone, and into oil using the first cold pressing.
A pioneer in legume cultivation in Ain 10 years ago, it has acquired knowledge and know-how in the valorization of seeds for the private and professional markets (lentils and chickpeas) and in flour.
Always looking for innovation, it has developed the production of sorghum and millet marketed as hulled seeds and flours.
