“Bresse spreads” with Bresse pepper

100% French and 100% organic chickpea spread! Recipe based on chickpeas and sunflower oil from the farm: with Bresse pepper. Also called Romenay red pepper, from the name of the commune of origin located a few kilometers north of Saint-Trivier-de-Courtes.  Bresse pepper is enjoying renewed interest thanks to enthusiasts who are rehabilitating it.
