Since 1981, our “Les Merveilles en Provence” range has been developed using traditional know-how by the 26 employees of our SME located in Aix en Provence.
We have always been particularly keen to promote the fruits of the Provençal region: Apricot & Strawberry from Provence, Melon from Cavaillon, and the sublime Violette Fig from Solliès AOP.
For several years now, we have gone beyond the borders of Provence to source and promote other "gems" from the terroir of French Agriculture (Marron d'Ardèche AOP, Mirabelle de Lorraine IGP, Clémentine de Corse IGP).
We are proud to have been certified “100% Valeurs du Sud”, a regional label which certifies the origin and protection of agriculture for our 4 Provençal fruits (Apricot, Strawberry, Melon, Fig).
We have decided to source our beet sugar from France, which has two advantages: a significant reduction in our carbon footprint and an almost exclusively “100% French” range (Fruits / Sugar) for our customers and consumers.
