Handmade hairy ball biscuits - hazelnut and orange blossom 160g

Bite into the hairy balls, small crispy biscuits with subtle notes of orange blossom and hazelnuts that we roast and crush ourselves! These biscuits were made by the families of soldiers in the north of France during the First World War. They improved the ordinary hairy ones on the forehead, which could keep them for a long time, protected in an iron box. All our biscuits are handcrafted in our Tarn biscuit factory.
