First pressing walnut oil

Walnut oil, produced in Périgord in accordance with tradition: grinding and roasting of the kernels for a tasty recipe. Ideal for seasonings, it can also be used on hot vegetables: a drizzle on white beans, cauliflower! It keeps perfectly cool and away from light (in the refrigerator door where it will not freeze!).
