After 16 years working the land on a small family farm in Champagne, it is with the desire to produce a finished product from the farm and the need to always do more that I decided to realize a crazy idea born summer 2015, that of the Nominettes. It is therefore nestled at the foot of the mountain of Reims in the small village of Condé-sur-Marne that we have set up our workshop to manufacture our regional Nominettes. Made from soft wheat grown on site and from very reasoned agriculture, Les Nominettes, a 100% terroir product that advocates the desire to do well and the local.
