Always passionate about agriculture and our land, I carefully cultivate wheat on our family farm in Condé-sur-Marne, at the foot of the Reims mountain range.
After 16 years of working the land, I wanted to turn my harvest into gold... edible! So in 2015, I had the idea of creating Les Nominettes, local and 100% regional pasta, made with "homemade" know-how that smells of tradition.
