Fourme d'Ambert farmer

Considered the mildest of blue cheeses, Fourme d'Ambert has a creamy texture and a sweet and delicate aroma. It is cylindrical in shape, recognizable by its natural, dry and flowery rind, bluish gray in color with rustic aromas.
