To make these artisanal chocolate cereal balls, Thierry Court uses a base of puffed malted cereal balls, produced in France. The balls are then "turbined" separately with milk chocolate, without the addition of refined sugar! The chocolate we use comes from the French cocoa-locust Cocoa Valley, which transforms beans from its own eco-responsible plantations in Cameroon into chocolate.
