CAMEO TO HANG ON OUR CANDLES | TOILE DE JOUY | ANTIQUE

Our candles from the Toile de Jouy & Antiquité Collections can be adorned with plaster cameos bearing the image of the goddess Venus (drilled cameo and delivered with its thread to hang it on the neck of our apothecary candles). A tribute to the Marquise de Pompadour, fervent defender of Arts and Letters, and favorite of Louis XV, who brought the Art of the cameo back to the forefront of the 18th century. Plaster cameos sold only with our candles and not without ordering candles.
