LES PRODUITS DE MON JARDIN offers you a flour made from Rotundifolia holm oak acorns harvested and processed in the GARD region, everything is made in-house by our family.
Gluten-free flour, very rich in nutrients calcium (6 x milk), magnesium (15 x mineral water), Omega, fiber, antioxidants, ... It is suitable for making mixed breads, for baking, biscuits and cooking.
A light taste of hazelnut and undergrowth gives a pleasant tasting experience.
We can guarantee gluten free because we have a dedicated processing line and we only make this product. We remove the tannins cold to preserve the nutritional qualities.
The story of the acorn is very similar to that of the chestnut which was able to develop.
Since I have been working on this project for 4 years, I have been able to design and manufacture a processing chain that I am continuously improving to reduce production costs.
With my children, we maintain and harvest acorns from fruit producers and winegrowers in the Gard.
You should know that the entire sector remains to be created because no one has ever done this.
Specimens exclusively from the Mediterranean basin, the Quercus Ilex Rotundifolia holm oaks are the only ones to produce fruit that can be sold in the EU.
