Real French butter biscuits and caramel nuggets, reminiscent of childhood when our grandmothers started cooking. Traditional biscuit from Poitou, our crushed is made according to the authentic local recipe. For even more pleasure, we use French butter, which represents more than a quarter of the mixture with the sugar, flour and eggs. Originally, this thick and compact cake was broken with a punch so that it could then be shared, hence its name “Crushed”.
