It all started in the microbrewery “My first beer”. This is where Florence and Thierry began their story by producing beer and offering brewing workshops to individuals and professionals.
After launching their microbrewery, Florence and Thierry took on a new challenge: giving a second life to the grains from brewing their beers by transforming them into delicious crunchy biscuits.
