Coming from an agricultural background, I wanted to "live off the land", but the production model of the family farm did not suit me (cereal production and cattle breeding with wholesale). I then became interested in bees to develop this honey production activity.
This is how we work today at 3 on the farm and still hope to offer you all these products for many years.
As all honeys have a different taste, color and texture depending on the flowers foraged, we also attach great importance to the choice of locations where we install the hives. This is how we produce honey from spring and summer flowers around the farm, honey from linden, forest, acacia, fennel, buckwheat, and lavender honey thanks to transhumance, all these locations being up to 3 hours around.
