Semi-dry mead 50 cl

Semi-dry mead 50 cl Mead made from 100% honey from our hives. Mead is made from this same hawthorn honey. This is a 12% honey wine.5°, obtained by alcoholic fermentation of honey sugars into alcohol. It's neither too sweet, being semi-dry, nor too strong in flavor (like most meads!)  These honey notes are well balanced and will appeal to more than one palate! Tasting advice: this elixir can be drunk chilled, pure or with water, with a lemon zest or in cocktails with fruit juices. It is a perfect drink for an aperitif but also to accompany certain dishes, once fatty. cheeses (pressed cheese, especially Comté/Beaufort) or desserts. It works wonders in the kitchen to enhance foie gras, used for deglazing or in sauces. It is available in 50cl bottles.
