Honey Vinegar 25 cl

The real "Honey Vinegar" Honey from our hives. It is made with a sweet and fruity honey whose natural sugars have been transformed into acetic acid. Its taste is only very slightly sweet, its acidity is 5°. It can be used in all dressings (salads and raw vegetables) as well as in cooking to deglaze meat and fish. Note that it also goes very well with oysters.
