Summer honey has a stronger flavor than spring honey. Its color varies from year to year. This honey is excellent on toast with butter. Its creamy honey texture allows you to mix it with yoghurt, cottage cheese or plain white cheese. The main flowers that make it up are sunflower, chestnut, clover and bramble.
