Lavender officinalis macerate

The queen of Provence plants. We pick our wild lavender at 1400 meters above sea level. The plant macerates in organic olive oil in the sun of the month of July. The oil reveals the active ingredients of the plant gently under the effect of the summer sun and preserves them.
