Whole wheat pasta with insects (plain)

The addition of mealworms in powder to this pasta significantly improves their nutritional qualities and in particular the proteins (+14%). Insect protein contains all essential amino acids and is very environmentally friendly to produce. The mealworm adds a slight nutty flavor to our Savoureuses, which are cooked like standard pasta. There is no need to add meat or fish, it is already a complete meal!
