During a trip to the Atlas Mountains in Morocco, Sonia meets a salt worker who collects exceptional quality fleur de sel in the mountains. The passion of this salt worker and the taste quality of this product inspired him to create a unique collection of the best fleur de sel in the world.
Today, the Les Terres Blanches collection is available in the finest delicatessens and greengrocers around the world and our fleur de sel are used by renowned Chefs.
