Fleur de Sel Noirmoutier 80g

This Fleur de sel comes from a saltworks on the island of Noirmoutier in France. With its snow-white color, these are the most aesthetic crystals in the range. Thanks to its small regular grain, this fleur de sel allows great finesse in the mouth. Presented in its black case, the color of the pot is inspired by the history of the name of the Ile de Noirmoutier. In the year 674, monks settled on the island, built a monastery there and organized the salt harvest. The city will be nicknamed the city of "Black monastery" because with the wind and the salt the monastery quickly turned black. This is how the word "black" is found today in the name Noirmoutier. It goes wonderfully with all dishes, including meat, fish and foie gras, thanks to its fine and delicate grain.
