For the record, my grandparents were Butcher Charcutier in Bligny sur Ouche (21) I wanted to use the family recipes to develop my own range of Terrines.
Today the consumption of Terrines is no longer too common among young people and I wanted to relaunch the Terrines via modern packaging.
For the brand, Coco winks at my grandparents for the nickname of my childhood.
